Breakfast was fantastic well worth the money, also had dinner at the restaurant & was just as impressive. Staff went above & beyond for any request. We stayed for Gather Round & despite the city being completely ran off its feet & the hotel seemingly at capacity, there was never an inkling that the hotel was understaffed or too busy to provide excellent service consistently throughout the stay. Was a special treat having a lot of the footy teams (including mine) staying as well, so was fortunate enough to rub shoulders with lots & lots of players in the lobby, bar & facilities. Really added to the experience. Room was great, staff were more than obliging to have a bottle of bubbles in room on arrival for my partners birthday & even went above & beyond my request with a cake in the room as well as at our dinner downstairs. Facilitating that when the hotel was so busy is very impressive

4 of us stayed for Gather Round weekend. The service was great from the start - one of the rooms that we were allocated had malfunctioning air-conditioning, and given the temperature it was far too warm in the room. After flagging this and their maintenance person being unable to resolve, we were transferred into a different room promptly. The location was fantastic, and the hotel itself is tucked into a nice little corner so despite being in the city, you felt a little removed from it which was refreshing. We will be staying again next year if we can secure a booking

Another nice stay at the Pullman, which is my hotel of choice in Adelaide. Comfortable room and bed, with just enough room to spread out bags, do a bit of work on the computer and relax. Restaurant and bar staff were competent. Restaurant isn't cheap (not much in Australia is, these days) but food and drink was tasty and well prepared. The location is good for access to buses on Grenfell St, the Mall, the restaurants on Rundle St. About 10 mins to the free tram, the Art Gallery etc, and 15 mins to the Railway Station.

We stayed here for four nights as a family and it was truly one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had. The staff went above and beyond by surprising us with a thoughtful treat for our anniversary. Such a kind gesture that b made our stay even more special. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the team was incredibly friendly. My daughter still talks about the reception staff at breakfast (apologies i forgot her name :( and keeps asking when will return for another holiday

I was upgraded to a room with a balcony, so that was very lovely - although the weather was so hot I in Adelaide I could not get the full benefit of it but I was much appreciative of the upgrade. Also appreviated the pillow menu and availed myself of a pillow so my neck was looked after.
